I bought a 2kg Omo Washing Powder on promotion but the freebie Omo Liquid was not in stock. A note was written on my till slip that I am still to get it when they have stock. A month later, they have still not received any. I sent an e-mail to customer services requesting advice as to what to do. A helpful Nolan Logan responded per phonecall and e-mail and requested Kevin and Malcolm, according to him, the area manager and store manager, to please assist me. After no response from either of them, Nolan sent them another e-mail, requesting feedback. Two days after this request, I have still not heard anything.
They advertised a freebie if I buy a certain product and if they can still not after a month, give that to me, then they should replace it with something else. Instead, they are playing hide and seek and don't respond to my plea for assistance. This borders to false advertising, in my opinion.
