Non existing service and promises not kept!!!

After Kalahari telepathically confirmed delivery of both Jcb Sitemaster Electronic Toy Workbench and the Hape Basic Builder Set will be delivered before 13h00 on 29 November 2013. This was paid in full when the order was placed on 06 November 2013.

Do take note on the extended time period before the arranged delivery. However, THIS WAS NOT DELIVERED on confirmed date and time. On Monday 02 December 2013 I was informed that the Hape Basic Buider Set was cancelled on 30 November 2013 - take note the day after the confirmed delivery should have take place. After numerous telephone calls from me on Monday 02 December 2013 the Jcb Sitemaster Electronic Toy Workbench was delivered. The said payment as refund to my credit card as confirmed did not take place. Secondly the voucher I was provided with was used immediately to order new Christmas presents to the second child. Again I requested the agent to phone the suppliers and confirm deliver before or on 09 December 2013 as we are leaving for Namibia on 10 November 2013 and this is Christmas gifts. Today I phoned again and guess what??? NO MY ORDER WILL NOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME AND NO MANAGEMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR ME TO SPEAK TO!!
