Went to game westgate to buy the set of suitcaees on the xmas advert that started a week ago. Firstly had to go and look for someone to help and then to be told its not their department. Went to info desk where 5 people were standing and when i asked for help they just looked at me. Then only to be told they have not received the stock... what service is this? I wasnt even offered to leave my details for when it arrives. No wonder game is useless!!! False advertising to get people in store and then no one to assist.
