I went to buy lemons and beers. Asked the manager if i could pay for the lemons in the liquor store and the answer was a blunt NO. Me: so should I swipe my card twice to pay for the lemons? Manager's response was a blunt YES. So I had to stand in 3 queues for two freakin items which incl. the ATM and pay bank charges fir two transactions. We are a family of 4 that spend over R4000 a month with this branch. They can be assured of loosing my business and others who agree that shopping with them is no longer a pleasant experience. The so called recent sale they had on various items were certainly no loss to them as they sure as made up for it in the weeks to follow with prices climbing the roof. Way above the average that one finds at other P&P's. Lucky for me there are many branches around that I would much rather shop from now and I hope that my complaint might trigger a sting of them.
