On the 1st of August 2013 I got voucher to get 35% off the cheapest item if i buy 3 or more item fron @home. On the 16 August 2013, I bought 4 serving bowls each costing R279.00. I wanted to claim my 35% discount but it was declined because the bowls were priced the same. I was told, to claim my discount i will have to buy another item, which i did not need. It is not my fault that what i wanted were items priced the same. I was not willing to spend money on something i do not want or need so that i can claim a discount that was promised to me if i bought the specified 3 or more items. I bought 4 items, i should have been given the discount. I feel this rewards programme is just another rewards retailers are pulling on us consumers.
