Edgars magazine listed double points on a Morphy Richards special from November 11 to December 11, however when I attempted to find the products at Boardmans, firstly no-one knew what I was talking about, and the in phoning head office was told that the advertised product would only be available in "about two weeks" One week later Edgars has not even bothered to respond!! So much for customer service.
