I would like to lodge a complaint against Edgars Head office in Cape Town.
Firstly i had made the arrangement with edgars when i opened up my account to actually deduct from my account via debit order system, then to discover that they havent been doing that. That then resulted into a phone call and a message saying i will be listed as a bad payer. I mailed cpt head office on the 9th of Oct and still no response when im just trying to do the right thing and also clean up the mess they created!
I need some kind of feedback on this matter, i find this to be highly unacceptable.
