Bad service and delivery

I have been waiting two weeks for delivery and every time i phone no one knows whats gowing on

I feel that the service from electric express is poor. There was also a problem whiff my TV licence and i also had to go into the store twice to sighn the document, it seems to me that they don't know how to use there system. I hope to resolve the problem asap
