I was called by a sales consultant from consultant selling cartriges. i was promised that they would only send 1 cartridge for on eof our machine for a test run to see how the cartridge performs. They delivered in time, when we used the cartride it only lasted for a 2 weeks. So i called and said i will not be signing any contract with them because the goods were not satidfactory. The consultant agreed. The following month Mycom sent another cartridge satting that the test run actually came with 3 cartridges, which was a lie. when i requested that they go back to the recorded call, as athey had mentioned taht all conversations are recorded they yhen said, calls are not recorded. When they sent the last 2 cartridges i requested a written letter stating that it is the last time they will be sending us cartridges. This was done.
Mycom is a business based on!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
