Incorrect Address

I entered a competition with Dischem and the competition required me to post my details together with the entry form to a specific address. i sent it, but i put a return address on, as you never know whether the people will get the post or not.

A few weeks later, i got the forms back stating the address was incorrect and hence the post was returned to me. i went into Dischem to enquire as to why the address was incorrect and Liza from Raslouw Lifestyle assisted me nicely. However, she said the date had expired and that Head Office needed the original documents. How stupid!!!

All that effort for nothing! now Dischem is officially in my bad books!
