Humiliating Treatment at the hands of Edgars Staff

I opened an online account, based on submission of my International Passport as well as the accompanying work permit with your store through a lady called "Beauty" on the 19 November 2013. I thereafter received an sms from 08200480400627 which read: "Congratulations, your Thank U account number 7000100100215349564 HAS BEEN APPROVED. Please take your ID and this sms to a nearest store to collect your card". My application has been APPROVED. It did not say pending anything.
I then went to the Greenstone Mall Edgars, My ordeal started the moment we approached the customer service desk, where one Ms Lebu, upon seeing my passport, concluded I was a, and called the department, AFTER which she issued the card, and waited until I used it in-store and wanted to pay. Upon getting to the paypoint, of course it had been blocked, and I left the store feeling thoroughly humiliated and victimized because someone in her own judgement, decided I had to be a due to my nationality..Ah you guessed right..A Nigerian, my valid work permit notwithstanding. I never knew the Edcon group trains its staff to discriminate against foreigners, but that was the impression I came away with.
