I recently got married and for our gift registry we chose yuppichef by recommendation from a friend who has not used it but told us it looked good.
Well the registry went out and the big day came and all the excitement was lovely the monday after wedding we were on honeymoon and we decided to complete the registry and buy ourselves some stuff as well.
The registry was closed and paid for on the tuesday.
Expecting our delivery to arrive within 2/5 working days as stated on there website on the 5 th day we get an email stating there is one item out of stock and what would we like them to do wait till the stock came in and ship complete order or send it now and the missing piece when it arrives.
We asked this person to please send the order asap as we have planned a small dinner party to showcase our new appliances that our guests have bought us.
One of our guests lives in IREand the other in Aus and were leaving 2 weeks after the wedding. This would work out perfectly.
Well out guests are leaving today and still no order has arrived the courier website shows our order is in transit on economy freight 48 to 72 hrs delivery after many phone calls begging to help we sit with nothing.
