After finding our ideal couches at the store, we were helped by Lee as well as Clement. They assured us that the distribution center did have stock and we were to pay via EFT to secure the product. That we did the same day, 9th Jan 2013 and Furniture City confirmed they had our money and that the couches would take no longer than a week to be delivered. We were shunted from pillar to post and were eventually told that they now had no stock as the order by the Nelspruit store was placed too late... no one even had the decency to call us to tell us!!! After numerous visits to the store, this we found out from Johan (Regional manager) that happened to be visiting. Then we had to wait 3 days to get our own money back!! NEVER AGAIN Furniture City!! Absolute horrific service, and then we complain about the economy being bad!!
