I did lay-bye for the couches with Essops furniture from October 2012 when I finished paying the account on march 2013. They told me stock is no longer available, someone from Marlboro branch sold the couches. How because I believe system should show that item is sold out. I told them I want my money back, I gave them bank details till today April 2013 the money is not paid up.
