Returning unwanted laptop

Good day

Olwethu from sales called my dad selling him a laptop, he initial advised her that he was not interested however Olwethu persisted until my dad agreed, the laptop was deliverd and received by whoever the courier found at the premises and there was no contract or any documentation what so ever, I would assume its because call are recorded, But now my dad no longer wished to continue with the contract. This morning I called in (0861346246) the cansellation process since the contract is still in the cooling period, the lady transfered me to the laptop dept whereby I held the line till I ran out of airtime, then I called for the 2nd time 30min ago and once again I was waiting for the laptop dept to pick up, then someone answered the call then dropped it, then 10min ago I tried a different no. 086 146 6324 and they put me though to the laptop dept and the phone dropped again, So seeing this is the quickest way to get in touch with you, please email me on nonkululeko.herimbi@standardbank, send me the fax no. or email for cansellation so that we can return your laptop or you can send a courier to collect it, so please send me that info so i can give it to my dad.
