About a month ago and a half ago I pucheased 2 boxes of fish cakes. When i opened the fist box, i found that there was one short and queried it with head office... I gave he barcode and details as well as postal address and I was told I would be compensated in vouchers which up to now I had not received so I let it go cause the second box was fine. Now the same problem with my 600g hake fillets. I feel if u are paying the hefty price for the quality then it should come in the correct quantity as well..I wrote to asking them to please respond and they have not gotten back to me... It disappointing to know that the company spends so much on marketing and non on customer care.
