I PURCHASED A PACK OF 44 NUMBER 5 PREMIUM PAMPERS DIAPERS IN SEPTEMBER 2013.THE ONLY REASON I CHOSE THE PAMPERS PREMIUM RANGE, IS THAT I WONT SETTLE FOR ANYTHING BUT THE BEST FOR MY TWO YEAR OLD.UNFORTUNATELY WHEN IT CAME TO THIS PARTICULAR PACK WE EXPERIANCED PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM WITH THESE DIAPERS.THEY WERE LEAKINIG AND UNABLE TO HANDLE THE KID'S URINE.THIS WAS MY REASON FOR CONTACTING THER CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT.I CAN NOT REMEMBER THE AGENT'S NAME.HOWEVER SHE TOOK MY DETAILS, AS WELL AS A FEW BATCH NUMBERS DOWN OVER THE PHONE.I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE COMPANSATED IN THE FORM OF A VOUCHER, AS A GESTURE OF APOLOGY FROM THEIR SIDE.ITS NOW ALMOST 4WEEKS AND NOTHING, ZIP, NADA.PATHETIC IF U ASK ME!!! MY WIFE GAVE BIRTH TO A BABY GIRL ON THE 3RD OF OCTOBER 2013 AND I AM NOW SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER BRAND OF DIAPERS FOR HER... THE LEAST THAT PAMPERS COULD HAVE DONE WAS TO INFORM ME AS TO WHAT THE REASON FOR THE LEAKING WAS. THEY HAD TAKEN DOWN THE BATCH NUMBERS AFTER ALL. ATROCIOUS!!!
