After my initial complaint, I was contacted by the 'manager' and supplier of the shop, they told me all stories of new management and delays, something I have no interest in because I was not told those stories when they took money. Now I was at the bed shop again today after they failed to deliver on Wednesday as promised, again, no one contacted me, I had to drive there myself to get any answers. When I requested for my money to be returned, I was told that could take a very long time, I should rather wait for the beds, confirming again of the appalling service by the bed shop. I would not have such a big problem if I had paid just half the money. I have paid everything and got nothing.
The worst and most disgusting part is that when I asked for my money, all of a sudden there was no one responsible.
To put icing on this cake, I received no apologies, no offers to improve service or regain my trust.
Never Again, I hope people read this and stay away from the bed shop, there's better places that appreciate customers business!!!
