We purchased an Advantage upright water cooler several months ago from Macro Woodmead and needed to replace the filter. Macro have no stock and do not know when they might receive new supplies of the filter from the only distributor in SA - Feintech Sales.
When we called Feintech Sales today they said that Macro is the only stockist and Feintech do not have any stock and cannot tell us whether and when new stock will be available.
Seems like we have a 12 month old water ADVANTAGE cooler that cannot be used and is now a throw-away item!!
