I placed an order online for an Aubergine sheet set last week as well as a curtain sets (which is stll being processed). I received the sheets today in MAROON not PURPLE as i requested, i called the call centre a few minz ago and a lovely lady by the name of Faye or Faith told me that they do no have stock of the colour i requested. My thing is how come online it still says its in stock? and why the didnt anyone bother to call me and tell me this before even dispatching this stuff to me? I DO NOT WANT THAT MAROON SHEET SET, Y'ALL BETTER COME THROUGH TO COLLECT YOUR STUFF.
Also please note that there was NO FREE gift in that box, as i told the consultant im not shocked by that anymore cuz its happened with my previous order, where you advertise ur so-called free mystery gift and its never there.
In conclusion please cancel this sheet order completely, i will await my curtains and hope that everything will be in order this time around.
