About 3 Weeks ago and I browsed Sheet Street's website and saw that they have a promotion on their 2 Pack Circle Woven Unlined Curtains for R199.99 (see website link below). I wanted the plum colour.

When I went to the Metlife Plaza branch, they did not have stock and was completely unaware of this promotion. They checked their computer system and confirmed that no other branches in PE have this in stock.
The (I assume) manager instructed the cashier to take my contact details and they will let me know if/when they get stock.
This morning I received another promotional email from Sheet Street and guess what... The same curtains are still being promoted on their website and I'm still waiting for a call from them?!
I am soon moving to a bigger place and I will be needing these curtains to match the ones I have in my bedroom now. Is it so difiult for Sheet Street to do a special order of something a customer specifically wants?
I am strongly considering to settle, close my account and take my business elsewhere. This is not the 1st time that Sheet Street has dissapointed me.
