I had to refer a coffee table I bought back, since the table top was getting warped. I had experienced some poor service from the Rochester Client Service Center, however Donovan from the Parkview branch made the effort to follow-up on my behalf in order to make sure that things went better.
I also subsequently had to send couches back, since they are also getting worn out way too soon, and Donovan has kept to his word and followed up on progress repeatedly.
Such service is commendable, and appreciated!
