To Mr Jonathan Ackerman and Ms Wendy-Lee Millar at Pick and Pay - please consult your very own website to learn about P&P's CORE PRINCIPLES.
The core principles that constitute Pick n Pay's business activities include:
Maintaining abiding values... Fostering respect for individuals... because it is morally correct, PICK 'n PAY's WORDS!!
Every time I visit P&P I get overcharged on their specials. Every time the merchandisers get the blame with store management point blank refusing to alter the incorrect price-scanning or to alter the misleading in-store posters.
I was overcharged yesterday (Brentwood) and wrote a letter to Wendy-Lee Millar. I was overcharged again today (Boksburg Hyper). I have the (corrected) till slip proof of both instances. I am yet to hear from Pick 'n Pay. Do they really belief that they will forever get away with this unethical behavior?
To all Pick 'n Pay clients: Please check your till slips carefully. You might be paying a lot more for your items than what Pick 'n Pay makes you believe.
A manager at Brentwood Park told me that at the most two clients a day complain about incorrect prices at that shop. So, how many people get caught daily?
