I have recently complaint about unfriendly, unhelpful and absolute bad service that I have received by Ashley O regarding the status of my Foschini account. The call centre manager has replied on my report on the 21/10/2013 at 11h30am, stating that they would contact me personally. Since than I have paid up my Foschini account and since than nobody from TFG has contacted me as yet. I am really not impressed with customer service that I have received thus far!!.
