I bought t-shirts for my baby at pick and pay clothing campus square which unfortunatley were to small. Seeying they did not have bigger sizes available I had no choice but to return them. Mind you their reciept does not have any return policy printed on it. So there I am filling in everything for a refunds when I am hit with the most ridiculouse policy I have come across courtesey of Lebogang, if I can not produce the debit card I used to make payment then they can only give me a store voucher. Who said I wanted a pick and pay voucher when I paid the equivalant of cash. No other store that I know of request you to have the card you paid with. What if I someone buys me something at your store as a gift and swipes for it and I want to return it, what then?? All I can say this is a very creative way of keeping money within the pick and pay group.
