I went to Food Lovers Market in Parklands with my 3 year old. While passing the meat they had a stand where you can taste different meats which they cook and serve to customers. My 3 year old put her hand on a hot grid that was sticking out at her level and burnt her hand. All I got was a sorry!! I went and complained to a manager who then went off to find the store manager. She came back to say that she has to now speak to the butcher manager. It took so long that I eventually walked out because I needed to tend to my daughters hand. I am absolutely disgusted that this could have ever happened and that they ran around trying to find the right person. Surly it's the store manager or owner who should deal with this?
