We have become accustomed to nice and fresh snoek and hake fish from this branch. I even recruited my collagues to buy fish only from them. However yesterday was different, .I wanted to buy snoek but was told it's finished (snoek fish is always not avaiable anyway). I bought baby hake, when I took a bite the fish was awful, rubbery and tasteless. It was disgusting!!! I was extremely dissappointed! Fish in this branch is ALWAYS NICE AND FRESH, what happened yesterday??? I must also mentioned that I was not impressed by the time the supervisor took to come and help Yvonne reprint the slip. I waited at the till for over 10mins, Yvonne even got frustrated as she kept asking her other collagues to call the supervisor to help her. I think her name was Rose or something (not really sure).
