I went today to checkers to get the rama 1kg and the Snoek that was on sale for this week.
And guess what they did not have any stock. no surprise.their excuse was the suplier does not have any stock of the Rama and the snoek would only arive the weekend. and to top it all off at past 11 this morning there was no one at the fish counter, i had to go walking around the store looking for some to get some assistance.this is not on, your staff should be at their work stations at all times or at last a replacement. Now tell me how can you advertise items and not have them in your store. the same thing happened in earlier the year and last year.when ever I go for certain item i want they dont have stock. and then like an i fill in a rain check for and give my contact details and no one phones you. there were many times i went there during my lunch break just to be told they still dont have stock and they dont know when they will be getting the stock.i just got angry one day and demanded that they give me something else in is place because i already paid for the items.this is very very bad customer service.get your act together, you are loosing clients with this false advertisement.
