Incredible Connection

We were at Incredible Connection Greenstone this afternoon, 16 November 2013, at 16h00 to purchace a Samsung Note 10.1 on a Vodacom ontract. The girl that works with the contracts REFUSED to help us saying that she can not start processing a contract at that time and that we have to come back the next day.

I understand that it is not a 5 minute process, but she had ample time to at the very least start the process. I am appaled by the terrible services and ashamed that with all the neede for jobs in this country you choose to employ someone like that, that does not only not show absolutely no interest in customer service but has no respect for her job or the company she works for.

I sincerly hope this is not the general standard of Incredible connection's staff and client service.
