I had a frustrating/bad experience at Makro Woodmead with a vendor that Makro had contracted with (BLINGSTALLATION). I reported the matter on Hello Peter. Makro came back to me with a pretty standard response - apologising and saying that they had taken steps to correct the situation and asked that I continue to report any bad service received at Makro stores. Well, it starts right where you are Mmule Moropa, Sivanasen Pillay and Thabiso Modiba. I reported back to you that Blingstallation had not fulfilled their promises and not one of you had the decency to respond to my mail. It's easy to sit in your comfortable offices and offer 'customer care'. It's another thing to actually follow through!!! All empty words.
