My wife has a Game account that seems to have a permanent block on the account. While trying to use the account in Durban, she was asked to speak with the cards department at head office for authorization and to confirm her address details (this happens every time she uses the card anywhere) When trying to ask Mponyana at the authorization department to fix the problem, she was given attitude and told that it is not Games problem that she does not get her monthly statements and that my wife needs to fix the problem. Game I tell you kindly, when the account is cleared, you can keep your card and your pathetic service that we have come to expect but refuse to accept in every store country wide. Must be some kind of record, anywhere you go we will insult and upset you. Thank you
