Poor service

After spending almost 1hour in the store and waiting in the quere to pay for the goods I wanted to purchase, simangile say I cannot swipe to pay. I asked to speak to the manager yet a teller superviser tells me that she is making announcements every 15minuts but not a single customer around me heard the announcment. She then says its a national game issue, I drove to another game store which was out of my way and they managed to swipe for my payment. So how the did pivillion game manage to swipe if it a national problem...
