Bad service new branch

I went to the new branch in Pineslopes, Fourways on Tuesday to enquire about the Christmas hampers they are selling and I spoke to the Branch manager Fanie. I told him that we bought over a hundred in Cape Town last week for R129.00 and would like to purchase another 50 in Gauteng at his branch seeing that it is the closest. He took my number and told me he would call me the next morning, WELL it did not happen, I had to call him - 6 times, whereby one of the calls was to give him the barcode of the item purchased in Cape town and the rest of the calls I had to leave messages for him to give me a call back. This also never happened.
I went there this morning to inform him that our company managed to get the 50 hampers from Checkers in Cape Town (at extra transport expense) and that I was disappointed in the lack of service and interest received from Fanie "THE MANAGER". It is clear that Fanie does not have the customer's interest at heart, he does not care. I told him that it's quite disgusting to see a new branch with bad/No () customer service!
He then told me to get out of his store threatening me "YOU WILL NOT SAY "" IN MY STORE AGAIN, and if you do I'll show you what
