I have paid this company more than R6k for repairs and have had the vehicle back at their shop three times to repair what I've already paid for. They have had my car now for almost three weeks (since 13/8/13) with absolutely no feedback. I have contacted them after two weeks, by phone (20/8/13) and was told that Fanie would phone me back, which did not happen. I phoned again on 21/8/13 and spoke to Fanie who told me that this was one of his priorities and that he's hoping to return my car by Friday (23/8/13), which did not happen. I phoned again this morning and neither Fanie nor Alecia could take my call and I insisted either of them phone me back before Lunch today, which has not happened. I want my car back repaired, or I want my money back.
