Inefficient customer and credit record systems

I am a customer of this household appliance and furniture retail store for almost 4 years now and somehow I am paying dearly for their inefficient customer and credit record systems. I pay off my account arrears at a branch store in East London and it takes almost forever for my credit record to be updated into their system and i keep receiving calls and sms from different kinds of people representing the organisation at other locations requesting for these arrears that had already been paid to an extent that they've ended up listing me into the credit bureau for these inefficiencies. Secondly my credit records are usually wrong in their systems and despite providing the correct details via phone calls the records are never updated. Thirdly i respond to their phone calls by issuing instructions as to how my payments should be handled in a particular situation and somehow the system is never updated with these instructions. I feel i am unjustly paying dearly for these inefficiencies.
