Edcon owes me money and am waiting nearly a month

It has been nearly a month in written correspondence and more than a month in verbal and to-date nothing has been resolved. I overpaid my Edgars account and now have been having the fight of my life to try and get my money paid back to me. I have never in all my life experienced such unprofessionalism. People passing the buck, making promises and then following through on them and the worst putting the phone down on you because they do not consider you to be of any worth. Enough is enough. There has to be a higher power to which companies have to give an account to. It may not be a million rand but with things the way that are economically, it is to me and the common man in the street. I want my money and I want it today before close of business.
