Received poor service from CNA staff and cashiers

I went to CNA to QUICKLY buy presents for my 2 nieces. I was in a hurry because it was my one niece's Graduation in Johannesburg. I quickly found two Monster High pencil cases that was on sale. It was the last two. Each had a sticker on stating that it was on sale for R69.00 each.

When I got to the tills, there was only three cashiers behind the tills; and two was busy to cash up, even though it wasn't even half past 5 yet. One helped me (his name was Tshepo). There wasn't any barcode stickers on any of the two Monsters High pencil cases, none of the other CNA employees offered to help Tshepo get the barcode for the pencil cases. I had to stand and wait for 15min at the till. Because of this, I arrived late for the Graduation. Also, the line behind me got extremely long because there was only one person working (the other two cashiers were busy cashing up). Why would they cash up long before the doors close???

Please sort out your stock, make sure ALL the stock has barcodes on it.

I work in Hatfield, but will NEVER again go to that CNA.
