Bought one of Rolfes pencil sets and there were two pencils that were the same (5B), 6B were missing. Send them a pic of the set and explanation and they said they will send me the missing pencil. To my suprise with a quick delivery I did not recieve the missing pencil, but instead a new pencil set. Thank you Larry for your quick response and going the extra mile to provide me with no hassle a pencil set, were I was on the impression that I will only recieve a pencil not the set. It just give me the motivation to support Rolfes more! Thank you for the excellent service Rolfes! Keep it up!
