Pnp has the policy on scan right. But they always have some excuse. Today i called scan right on one of their products and they said they will check the bar code. When the cashier returned she told the supervisor something in a different language and he replied there is no bar code only a promotion board. I can only receive the produce at the displayed price. I told him this is not what the policy states. After an argument i gave up and just took the product at the displayed price and decided to check the bar code myself. Guess what? There was a barcode and on my return to the till the supervisor was gone. Never to be seen again. And no-one could give me his name... Should have known. Pnp scan right...
