I was handed over to collections paid up the account and have the paid up letter now I phoned the store to close the account this gal who answered was very rude telling me I don't understand English and I must listen to her after holding for more than 10 min... I paid the account and all I ask is how do I go about closing it.this is so frustrating coz its still shows that its active on the ITC and she even tells me I must get my own lawyers.bad service from your call centre imean is it really difficult for people to help impatiently when I asked for a number to phone she gives me a fax number...
