I have recently paid up my Foschini account. The account was previously handed over and no-one could establish to which attorneys. I had to make several calls and google all kinds of things, before I eventually found the people who had my account. Now I have paid them and another struggle begins to get the paid up letter. I have been referred to all kinds of numbers, and nobody can help. This is exhausting. All I want is the letter stating that my acoount has been paid up. Is it really that difficult???
