Being asked to wait in store isn't a problem. Waiting more than half an hour after that is. I don't know what the exceptable waiting time is in your store, but this is getting rediculous. I didn't wait for the stuff to be finshed, I waited for them to start helping me. I don't know what your store ethics are, but this is just bad. Please work on helping the people faster.
