I bought a printer cartridge from Cartridge Zone in Stoneridge Mall and when I tried to use it about a month later (I usually buy a new cartridge to keep "in stock" before the old one is finished) it failed.
I took it back to the shop, where I was told it would need to be sent away for testing before a decision could be made whether it would be replaced or refunded. The shop assistant promised to call me with the outcome. This was on 25 July 2013.
The cartridge was bought on 2 July 2013. While in the process of returning it at the shop I noticed an expiry date on the cartridge of March 2013.
I have since visited and called the shop but have as yet had no response, other than "I will call you as soon as I speak to the manager". The manager is Sunet Pepler, and one of the hapless shop assistants told me she never speaks to customers at all. She certainly hasn't spoken to me.
I am still waiting for a response, and until I get one I consider the cartridge.
