I saw an advert for red square as mentioned above, my husband went into the store together with family members to purchase these for a function, the cashier told him he cannot get the item @ the advertised price as it is an error, the manager told him that he knows why he was called and he cannot get the item @ the price and he must please leave the store he does not want to argue. my husband said he will not leave the store until he gets the item @ the price, he told my husband he can take his name from his badge as displayed because he cannot do anything. I called the store later that evening and told him that the price we see is the price we pay according to the cpa act and the advert does not state the adverts are placed with omissions or errors. i am totally upset with the service received by this store manager, he is rude and doe not have any sense of customer service!
