In May 2013, forgot day already. I went in store at The Ridge Mall and lodge a complain against a misconduct or rather a dispute against my account which I felt there were some transactions that went off my account without my permission. Those transactions were performed at Clear-Water Mall. The report was faxed immediately to Cape Town from the branch in The Ridge Mall in which I was told the feedback and the respond will be in a months time and my card was cancelled immediately. In a weeks time I got a call from the Woolworth's department acknowledging me of the matter and telling that they are still investigating the matter. We are now in November and still awaiting the feed back on their investigation. The fact is, the amount of R 890.00 was used off my account in mid March and I discovered that through my statements. The only calls I'm getting from Woolworth are the increments of my credit and that's it. The A/C No 60078503.
