I suffered an accident at Woolworths because a piece of wood fell on me. After around two months Woolworth's responded to me that "as a gesture of good will"(as if they were favoring me) they will pay for my 8000 rand medical bill.
I had gone to Woolworth's to get some groceries and ended up very ill in the hospital. After all I was very upset and I was expecting at least a proper apology. Woolworth's employees refused to apologise properly and instead they said: we apologise for any inconvenience caused. ( Woolworths left me disabled for a whole month and I did not even get a box of chocolates from them) on top of that, Woolworth's made me feel like I was responsible for the accident when things happened surprisingly because of their irresponsible negligence. They obviously forgot to the wood together. They could not care less about any human being. They are despicable and greedy and after all, the darn employees are treated the same way. BEWARE OF THE MOST TERRIBLE STORE IN THE WHOLE WOLD!
