I just need to inform you about the bad experience I had today. I made 3 phone calls for my statement to be mailed to me. The first time I phoned the phone was dropped as it was picked up. The second time I phoned I was busy talking to the lady when I already gave all my details and she said she is busy sending it and the phone was dropped again! I thought that maybe that was the sign that it was sent. Later that afternoon I still have not received it and phoned again. The lady took all details and said it was sent. After no account received I had to register on you web and can't see any option for account to be mailed. I am still without an account.
