I phoned MTN to move my debit order date, while I was busy explaining my scenario then the person on the other side did not understand me and dropped the phone while I was busy talking.

I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS!!!

I wanted to confirm why my BlackBerry service is off!!!

Phone call was made on 22 May around 10:40

I am regretting upgrading my contract yesterday, Now I am stuck with for another two years. Can I cancel?
