I received a call from finbond claiming that i took a loan from them. The lady I spoke to was Phume. I told her upfront that i do have a case of identity pending, but she wouldn't have it. She told me she personally did the loan application and that she had spoken to my father and accused me of running away and telling me that I will pay this money whether i like it or not. I explained to her that my father had passed away less then a year ago so she shouldn't be so insenstive, but she couldn't be bothered. She called me a, and continued speaking to me in an unpleasant manner.

I spoke to the mananger, and she asked me to fax through my documentaion, she didnt apologize about what just happened. When I sent it through, I called back to confirm that it had been received, i spoke to Phume again, and she didnt apologize even though my father's death certificated was included

Dear Finbond,

I will not take this lying down. I do not deserved to be treated like a criminal just because you can't do a thorough job in verifying a person's identity. I will be suing, expect that. In the meanwhile, complete your investigation and remove yourselves from my credit record ASAP!!!
