No reponse or help or feedback since Sept!

My husband ordered a blue ray movie and when delivered it was a normal DVD, he emailed his complaint through, they responed to say it went to the relevant department on the 7th of September and since then he has emailed and called on a weekly basis and still NO RESPONSE. really horrible service and now we have paid for something we did not get!!! CNA online has rubbish service!
